Coshocton to Columbus 79 miles

So I lied... there are still hills in Ohio, and we hit them all. We started off the day with a huge climb and they just kept coming. But we all just stuck it out and actually had a lot of fun. I got another flat because I ran over a piece of glass. So I am going to invest in some new tires.

We were going up one of the hills and I dropped my water bottle. It started rolling down the hill and when i went to step off of my bike i forgot to clip out.... so i just fell over. Very very slowly. we were all laughing so hard that it took me a couple minutes to get back up.

We stopped for lunch at this truck stop thing, but it was a quick break. About 10 miles after lunch we ran into a state fair. So we stopped and walked around for a while. We ended up getting free lemonade and funnel cakes, DONATION MAGIC!

I played a couple games and won a stuffed animal. Then we headed off again. About 10 miles out from the city you could start to see the sky line because the road that we were on was so straight.

We were feeling a little hungry like usual (6000 calorie diet means we have to eat all the time). So we stopped at White Castle. It was my first time ever and it was so good! The ride after that was great, all down hill. We were just cruising into the city.

Once we got into the city the church ended up not having showers for us. So we went to the college behind the church and after explaining Bike and Build to them were able to finagle some showers!

There are 5 kids from Ohio so they took us around the city at night which was so pretty!

My phone broke yesterday so I may not be posting for a while!
